The projected dish with a twist, which gives an upward trend throughout the façade, favored by many windows that pierce the tower following spiral shapes.
The temple, when completed, will have 18 towers, four in each of the three facades and domes mode, you have a system of six towers, with the central dome-tower dedicated to Jesus 170 meters high , four around this, dedicated to the evangelists, and a second dome dedicated to the Virgin. Both the exterior and interior are solved with a unique construction system based on formal geometry.
In 1926, the death of Gaudí, only had built a tower. Building project plans and retained only a model in plaster that was badly damaged during the war Civil.3 However, since then have continued without interruption works at present is finished portals Birth and Passion, and has started the Gloria, has covered the entire interior space, and laid the foundations of the six central towers.
